Delivery Costs
- Delivery to the following areas is not available or will be subject to a surcharge: Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please get in touch with us for further shipping details.
- Any shipping fees paid to Enviro Blocks are non-refundable once items have been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- In general, our products are deemed large and bulky and delivery charges are calculated based on a per-order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address.
- As a general guideline, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas to the Eastern States of Australia from WA take 7-12 business days; deliveries of bulky items to regional areas from WA take 10-15 business days.
- We dispatch on a daily basis throughout Australia from WA.
Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances that may affect your parcel’s delivery.
On completion of an order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received by us. This will be followed by another email stating your order has been completed, and another email from the courier, which contains your tracking information.
At Enviro Blocks, we strive to provide reliable and timely delivery for all our customers. If an order has not arrived within 15 business days from the order date, we will follow up with the courtier directly to track your items. If you need clarification from the courier before the 15-days has lapsed, you are free to contact the courier directly for delivery information using the courier’s contact details along with tracking information we provide to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver large/bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.
Regional & Remote Areas
Although our website will accept orders from regional areas, there are instances where we may not be able to fulfill these orders. We make every effort to heavily subsidise deliveries and supply many regional areas, but there are times when it may not be possible. If this situation arises and you have already placed an order, rest assured that we will promptly refund the full amount to your method of payment.
