What are the pack sizes?

6x1 packs mean you get six one-meter lengths of edging, adding up to a total of six linear meters.

2x1 packs mean you get two one-meter lengths of edging, adding up to a total of two linear meters.

How far does Easy Edge bend?

Easy Edge bends to approximately 70 degrees in both directions and has been tested and certified by the TUV SUD testing agency for flexibility.

What are the dimensions and weight of each Easy Edge?

Each Easy Edge is 1 meter in Length, the upstand is 8cm and the width of the base is 8 cm (100 cm x 8 cm x 8 cm) weighing 2.6 kg each.

How many Easy Edge lengths do I need to make a circular border?

You may choose to create a circular border around a tree or shrub or create a round flowerbed. Easy Edge bends up to 70 degrees therefore we recommend using a minimum of 6 meters lengths to create a perfect circle. Simply using string, mark out the radius of 95.5cm or a diameter 190.99 cm then install along your marked out line. Should you wish to create a larger circle using 8 meters, simply mark out the radius at 111.41 cm, diameter 222.82 cm.

Can I cut Easy Edge to size?

Yes you can easily cut Easy Edge to size using just a basic handsaw.

For products that are unopened and still sealed, we are happy to provide a full refund, excluding the shipping fees. Before you send back any items, please get in touch with us so we can provide you with a return label. Note that customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. Sadly we cannot refund products which have been damaged or are incomplete. There may be a refund deduction for missing parts such as Easy Edge pins.

I didn't get a confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email from us after placing your order. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still were unable to find confirmation and you registered an account please sign in to your account and see if there is an order there. If you still cannot see a confirmation of an order simply fill out our online form and we will be happy to assist you to see if we received and processed your order.

How long does delivery take?

All our garden edging is usually in stock and ships from Perth within a few days after you buy it. We expect it to reach you within 7-10 working days from the date you place your order. However, if you order bends, it might take a bit longer since we make these to order. Please allow a few extra days for delivery if you include bends in your purchase.

Will I get tracking information?

All our shipments over $50 offer a tracked service and on dispatch you will receive a tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking notification then contact us via our contact form and we will help to resolve your tracking problem.
